OK, we finally went to the famed Lucys tonight. It was good but not great. Don't see what all the raves are about. Milkshakes were actually milk, no ice cream. Burgers tasted a little like seafood. Fries were good. Maddie liked them with Ketchup after she hissed at the first taste. Actually the Italian place we went last night was much better. It was called LaDolceVita and was run by an angry Italian man. How did he end up in China ? :-)
Still no flooding and no rioting so I think we'll make it a couple more days.

Lucy's was okay. I think people are just hungry for American food by that point so they think it is yummy. They make a good grilled cheese. :) We never made it to the Italian place. Well, actually we did but Will had a meltdown as soon as we sat down so we left.
Is Maddie in diapers? still doing okay with the potty?
Three more days - yeah!! Can't wait til you get home.
Sorry it wasn't as good for you as it was for us. Maybe it was just because that is all we had as far as American style food for 2 straight weeks. ha
We really did like certain things on the menu though.
They didn't have the Italian place when we were there. Have you gone to the Cow and Bridge yet or going to before you leave. Now they have wonderful Thia Food.
See how fast time has gone! Man only 3 more days left?? Really?

I can't believe you guys will be coming home and we will be going. Time really does fly. Thanks for the new pics. She just puts a smile on my face.
Funny, Lesa, we were disappointed with the Cow and Bridge after all the hype it got. Go check it out Pam - need your opinion on it. ;)

Lynn, maybe it is just me and Mike. Maybe we just different tastes from everyone. Although remember it was almost 5 years ago now. Maybe new management.
I will tell you one thing we will go and try it again and then we can tell you if it is different. ha
LOVE the pictures. We liked Lucy's but just because it tasted like home. I preferred La Dolce Vita. :) We ate there twice and I loved it both times. And we ate at the Germany place once. It was good too -- a little salty. Never went to the Cow and Bridge.

Richard and Pam - I am so happy for you and your new family! I have enjoyed every picture, every story, and LOVED the video! Quite the little singer you have there. Maddie is beautiful and makes me smile! You look like such a happy family! We did miss you on the 4th (tell me more about this tuna salad!) but look forward to seeing you sometime in the not to distant future! Good luck on the trip home!
